Accepting these terms
By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Who you are buying from
PEZZO is an Israel-based online jewelry business and trading name selling directly through this storefront. Orders are placed through this site's secure checkout.
Support, complaints and formal notices can be sent to pezzoitaliancharm@pezzoitalia.com.
Eligibility and lawful use
You may place an order if you are able to enter into a binding contract where you live and are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Where a purchase requires the consent of a parent or guardian, it should only be made with that consent. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to infringe anyone's rights.
Product information and availability
Product names, descriptions, images, prices and availability are published from our live catalog and can change without notice. Photography is representative rather than exact: screens vary, and small variation in finish, tone and dimensions is normal for metal jewelry.
Material, measurement and finish details apply only where the listing itself states them. Where a listing does not state a specification, please treat it as not stated rather than implied — and ask us, rather than assume.
What a listing includes is what you receive. A bracelet listing on its own includes the bracelet only; a ready set, or a build you assemble, lists each piece it contains. Our pieces are made for 9mm Italian-style modular bracelets, but construction varies between makers, so we cannot guarantee they will fit pieces bought elsewhere.
Ready sets and bracelets you build
Ready sets and Build Your Own both work from the same stock catalog. Choosing which of our in-stock charms go onto a bracelet arranges standard pieces we already sell — nothing is engraved, made to your specification or produced individually for you.
So a set or a build is not a bespoke, custom-made or personalized item, and we do not treat it as one when your cancellation and return rights are assessed. Each piece appears as its own line on your order, and our returns and cancellation policy applies to it in the ordinary way.
Prices, currency, taxes and duties
Prices come from our live catalog and are presented in USD. The amount you owe is the total shown at secure checkout before you pay: shipping charges, and any taxes or import charges calculated and collected for your address, are itemized there.
We currently accept delivery addresses in the United States only. Any taxes collected for your U.S. address are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We do not promise a particular tax treatment beyond the amounts shown at checkout.
If a price or product detail is shown in error, we may correct it, and where an affected order has already been placed we will contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel the order with a full refund. We will not simply charge you a higher amount than the one you agreed to.
Orders, acceptance and cancellation by us
Placing an order is your offer to buy. The confirmation email you receive straight afterwards acknowledges that we have your order and your payment authorization — it is not yet our acceptance of it. A contract between us is formed when we accept your order by dispatching it, or by confirming to you that it is being prepared for dispatch, and it covers only the items in that confirmation.
Until then we may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part — where an item turns out to be unavailable, where there is an error in price or product information, where a payment or order appears fraudulent or unauthorized, or where the delivery address cannot be served. If we cancel something you have already paid for, we refund it. This does not affect any cancellation right you have yourself.
Checkout and payment
Payment is handled securely by the payment providers available at checkout under their own terms, and this storefront never receives your full card details.
The payment methods you can use are the ones checkout actually offers for your order and location at the time you pay; we do not promise that a particular method will be available. Submitting an order authorizes the payment method you chose for the total shown at checkout.
Shipping
Shipping is covered by our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Shipping options, charges and any estimate are shown at checkout where available.
Cancellation and returns
Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our returns and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms. It does not reduce any statutory cancellation, refund or remedy right you have where you live; where the two differ, the stronger protection for you applies.
Intellectual property
The PEZZO name, our site design, our text and our own imagery belong to us or to our licensors, and other names or marks that appear here belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this page gives you rights in any of them.
You are welcome to view, save and share pages, including linking to them and posting them on social media, for your own non-commercial use. Reproducing our content commercially, or reusing it in a way that suggests we endorse or supply something we do not, needs our written permission.
Prohibited misuse
- Do not interfere with, overload, probe or try to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
- Do not scrape, copy or reuse site content or catalog data for commercial purposes without permission.
- Do not impersonate anyone or submit false order or payment information.
- Do not use the site to break the law or to infringe someone else's rights.
Disclaimers and liability
We keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free of temporary catalog inaccuracies, and we are not responsible for problems caused by your own device or connection.
We are responsible for loss or damage we cause you where the law makes us responsible for it. What we do not take on is responsibility for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or that arises from something outside our control.
Where the law that applies to you allows a limit to be agreed, our liability for a claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for the items concerned — but that limit does not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or to anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, right or remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you — including rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described, and any statutory cancellation right. If a clause here would conflict with such a right, that right wins.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, where the store is operated.
That choice does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in. Where those rules give you rights that cannot be waived, they continue to apply, and you can bring a claim in the courts available to you under them.
Changes, severability and contact
We may update these terms as the store changes. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to it. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Email pezzoitaliancharm@pezzoitalia.com and include your order number if your message is about an order.
These terms are written in plain language for clarity. They are information, not legal advice, and they do not claim compliance with any particular law.
