Question 1

What is an Italian modular charm bracelet?

Accepted Answer

It is a bracelet made of individual rectangular links that slide apart and back together. Each link sits flat against the wrist, so the bracelet reads as one clean band.

Question 2

What is it made of?

Accepted Answer

Stainless steel with a polished silver-tone finish. PEZZO designs and curates Italian-style modular jewelry; our pieces are produced by manufacturing partners.

Question 3

How do I know what size I need?

Accepted Answer

Measure your wrist with a soft measuring tape — or a strip of paper marked and laid against a ruler — and note the measurement in centimeters. The bracelet is modular, so fit comes down to the number of links. Questions about fit? Measure your wrist and email us before ordering. Adding compatible links can increase length if those links are separately available. PEZZO has not confirmed extra blank links included with the bracelet or available to buy. Our size guide has measuring steps and a way to ask PEZZO before ordering.

Question 4

Do I need enough charms to fill the bracelet?

Accepted Answer

No. Each charm replaces one blank link, so you can start with a single charm and keep the rest of the band as it is.

Question 5

Can I add more charms later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PEZZO is built around adding and removing modular links over time, so a piece bought later belongs with the ones you already wear.

Question 6

Are charms included with the bracelet?

Accepted Answer

No. The bracelet listing is the bracelet itself. Charms are sold separately, and a ready set or a build you make lists every piece it includes.

Question 7

Which charms fit?

Accepted Answer

Our charms are designed for 9mm Italian-style modular bracelets. We can't guarantee a fit with pieces bought from other brands.

Question 8

How do I check out?

Accepted Answer

Review your bag and continue to secure checkout. Available payment methods, shipping and taxes are shown before you pay.

Question 9

Can I change or cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

Contact us with your order number as soon as you can. If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do what we can.

Question 10

What does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Standard Shipping to the United States is $5.95. Shipping is free when your discounted merchandise total is $45 or more. We currently deliver to U.S. addresses only, and the options available for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Question 11

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

We don't publish an unverified delivery promise. Any available estimate appears at checkout or in your order updates. When tracking is available, its link is sent by email after dispatch.

Question 12

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email when one is available. If the link is missing or your shipment shows no movement for an unusual period, email us with your order number.

Question 13

Does a set arrive assembled?

Accepted Answer

A set or build contains separate real items: The Classico and individual 9mm charm links. They may arrive together or separately and are not guaranteed pre-assembled. See shipping details for delivery and assembly information.

Question 14

Can I return something?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In addition to your statutory rights, you may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. Contact PEZZO before sending anything back; items should be unused and in returnable condition. We will provide the return instructions and address for your case. You are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise. PEZZO handles damaged, faulty or incorrect items separately and covers return shipping where our error or applicable law requires it.
