Accessibility
We want this store to work whether you browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, larger text or reduced motion turned on.

Our commitment
We treat accessibility as part of building the store, not an afterthought, and we fix problems as we find them or as they are reported to us.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, and the accessibility standard applied in Israel that is based on them, as our design and build benchmark at level AA. This is an ongoing effort. We do not hold a certification, we do not claim full conformance, and parts of the site may still fall short.
What is in place today
The following have been built and checked on this storefront. If any of them fails for you, it is a bug and we want to hear about it:
- A skip link to the main content, visible as soon as it receives focus.
- One main landmark per page, with a header, navigation and footer that are marked up as landmarks.
- A single page heading per page, with sections under real headings.
- Keyboard operation for the menus, the bag, product cards, accordions and the bracelet builder, including Escape to close overlays and focus returning to the control you opened them with.
- A visible focus outline on interactive controls.
- Text alternatives on meaningful images, with decorative images hidden from assistive technology.
- Names on icon-only buttons, such as the bag and the menu.
- Polite announcements for status changes such as an item being added to the bag.
- Motion and transitions that are reduced when your system asks for reduced motion.
- Layouts that reflow on small screens and when text is enlarged, with comfortable tap targets on primary controls.
- Color combinations checked for contrast against the AA thresholds.
Known limitations
The bracelet builder is a visual tool: it is keyboard operable and announces what it is doing, but assembling a bracelet without seeing the preview is inherently harder. If you would like help choosing pieces or placing an order, contact us and we will help directly.
Some product imagery comes from our supplier catalog, so image descriptions are based on the product data available to us.
Tell us about a barrier
If you hit a barrier, email pezzoitaliancharm@pezzoitalia.com with the page address and a short description of what happened. We read every one of these.
