Email passalron@gmail.com and include your order number if your message is about an order.

Order confirmations, shipping notices and tracking, where the shipping method provides it, are emailed from our Shopify store.

Cancellations and returns

Tell us your order number, the pieces involved and what you would like to happen. Please contact us before sending anything back — see our cancellations and returns page.

Product and compatibility questions

Materials, fit and compatibility information is on each product page and in the FAQ. If something is not covered there, ask us rather than guessing — we would rather tell you a detail is unconfirmed than have you buy the wrong piece.

Privacy requests

Privacy requests can be sent to passalron@gmail.com. Please describe what you are asking for, and do not include payment card details or passwords in your message.

Accessibility feedback

If you hit a barrier, email passalron@gmail.com with the page address and a short description of what happened. We read every one of these.

Please never email us these

We will never ask you for your full payment card number, your card security code or any password, and you should not send them to us. If you receive a message claiming to be us and asking for them, it is not from us.

Response times

We answer as quickly as we reasonably can. We have not committed to a published response window, so we do not state one here.
